At WOODTA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, most items in new, unused condition may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.


How to Process a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Submit a return request through our Customer Service page. Please include the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.

  2. Repack the Item(s)
    Place the product(s) back in the original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included.

  3. Ship the Package
    Send the return package using your local post office or a reliable courier of your choice.
    Once we receive your package, returns are typically processed within 1–2 business days.


Return Conditions

  • Timeframe
    You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned:
    • Customized tools
    • Consumables (e.g., drill bits, sanding pads, blades)
    • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Item Condition
    Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, modified, or damaged.

  • Return Authorization
    All returns must be pre-approved by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Refunds
    After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
    You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

  • Costs & Fees
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    WOODTA is not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or additional charges incurred during the return process.


Additional Information

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) returns; return shipping must be prepaid by the customer.
