Shipping methods and Delivery time

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Normally, you will receive your order in 6-13 business days once order is placed.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase.
This email includes your order number and a summary of the items you purchased.

② Processing

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
(Preparing items for shipment normally takes 1–5 business days during peak seasons.)

During this stage, we verify your order, pack your items, and prepare your shipment.

③ Shipping

WOODTA offers three international shipping methods:

• Standard Delivery

7–20 business days
Starting from US $3.00

• Express Delivery

2–10 business days
Starting from US $20.00

Important Notes

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: Preparing your item(s), normally 1–3 business days
Shipping Time: Transit of the package, normally 7–15 business days

Shipping times may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and local carriers.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Severe weather
Holidays
Natural disasters
Customs inspections
Carrier delays
High-volume seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)

④ Delivery

Once your package arrives in your country, it will be handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.

If the parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.
